As Vice President of Event Coordination, I spearheaded the planning and execution of large-scale themed social events for over 300 chapter members, managing all aspects of logistics, vendor relations, and sponsorship acquisition. I created and brought to life innovative event concepts such as “There Zeta Hills Hotel” and “Under the (Z)ea,” overseeing every detail—from décor and catering to entertainment and venue selection. My leadership in these events also contributed to securing sponsorships in support of Breast Cancer Awareness initiatives.
These events not only strengthened chapter morale and community, but also allowed me to sharpen my skills in budget management, creative planning, and logistical coordination. Working closely with vendors and leadership, I developed a strong sense of collaboration, adaptability, and attention to detail—skills I now bring into every client-facing or brand experience project I manage.
